My mother is 65years old. She is family pensioner since 2000. She is submitting LIFE CERTIFICATE regularly in the moth of NOVEMBER till then. Along with life certificate, she is submitting the re-marriage declaration as usual. Now I wish to know that is there any order for family pensioners of age more than 60 years of age who has no necessity to submit the re-marriage declaration along with life certificate. Please let me informed about the matter.
